Largest Phase 0 Clinical Trials Program in the World

The Ivy Brain Tumor Center houses a specialized array of preclinical and clinical laboratories assembled with the singular objective to bring new therapies to brain tumor patients. With over 20,000 square feet of integrated wet and dry laboratory space specialized for pharmacodynamic- and pharmacokinetic-driven trials, our investigators work together to identify prospective new agents, devise first-in-class therapeutic combinations, and rapidly assess drug penetration and tumor responses from our clinical trials.

Distinguishing features of the Ivy Brain Tumor Center include a pharmacokinetics core dedicated solely to brain tissue analysis, a team of preclinical and clinical scientists assembled around brain tumor pharmacodynamics, pharmacometabolomics, and pharmacokinetics, and exclusive access to the nation’s highest-volume operative brain tumor program.
